Yes. Many participants hold positions across both projects for diversification across crop, climate, and jurisdiction. Each project is subscribed separately — the minimums apply to each project individually.
These are the two active projects as of 2026. Future projects are added when they meet our scale, water, and operational standards. Growth is deliberately measured — we expand when the right project emerges, not on a schedule.
Yes. Site visits are arranged for qualified participants after an introductory call. Visits to Türkiye are coordinated from Istanbul. Visits to Egypt are coordinated from Cairo. Travel is at the participant's own cost.
The participation structures are similar: both offer Shared Ownership through an SPV or Private Farmland with direct title. The differences are in crop, geography, ticket size, and title mechanics. Türkiye offers freehold title for foreign participants. Egypt operates primarily through the SPV structure under Egyptian Companies Law.
