FAQ · Before The Form
Within 48 hours. Most inquiries receive an initial response within one business day. The first response confirms your inquiry and either proposes a time for a call or sends a short questionnaire if we need more context.
No. The introductory call is not charged. It is a fit-assessment conversation for both sides. If we believe there is no fit, we will say so during the call — no pressure, no follow-up sales.
Project feasibility studies, detailed financial projections, agronomic reports, SPV constitutional documents (for Shared Ownership), management agreements (for Private Farmland), title documentation, and operational plans. You are encouraged to review all materials with your own legal and financial counsel.
Then we talk, share general information, and stay in touch. Not every inquiry becomes a participation — and that is fine. We would rather build a long-term relationship with a thoughtful participant who decides later than rush someone who is not ready.
