Tom Projects builds structured agricultural investments. The company began in 2019 with agricultural land development in Türkiye; today it runs three directions · direct-title Chandler walnut land in Türkiye, empty or planted for you, olive & pistachio investments in Spain under private or shared ownership, and large-scale olive & date-palm mandates in Egypt (from 200 feddans).
Our model has evolved from experience. Early projects revealed that fragmented small-plot sales created operational problems at every stage. The current model focuses on fewer, disciplined projects: Tom Projects sources and studies each opportunity, structures the ownership, and supervises execution, reporting, and results.
Tom Projects operates through a flexible international structure · regional partners, technical teams, and appointment-based offices in premium business centers · with selected professional operating partners in each project country. Our business is field-oriented: most of our work takes place on project sites with operators, technical teams, and local authorities. The land itself is the office.
The company was founded in 2019 to address what we saw as a gap in the market: thoughtful participants who wanted productive agricultural land, without having to become farmers themselves. The first several years focused on Türkiye, where freehold title and established agricultural infrastructure made participation straightforward.
By 2022, we had learned that fragmented title · selling small plots to individual participants · created compounding operational problems. Water infrastructure could not be rationalised across dozens of owners. Reporting became administratively impossible. Field management suffered when neighbouring plots followed different protocols.
The response was structural: ownership documented cleanly · direct title or one dedicated vehicle per project · and execution professionalised. In 2026 the company opened its Spain direction: sourcing olive and pistachio land across Spain against each client's brief, under private ownership or a shared structure, with a tailored proposal delivered within 3 business days and selected professional local operators handling the fieldwork.
Today, Tom Projects operates under a model that prioritises legal clarity, disciplined study, and supervised execution over volume growth.
