Tom Projects (“we”) operates tom-projects.com. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it. Last updated: 31 July 2026.

What we collect

Forms. When you submit a proposal request, parcel inquiry, or partner application we collect the details you enter: name, contact details, country, and the professional or investment context you choose to share. Form submissions are emailed to our team and stored in our website system so we can respond and keep a record.
Attribution. Forms may record the page you submitted from, the referring site, and campaign parameters (UTM) so we know how you found us.
Analytics & advertising. With your consent via the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel (with server-side Conversions API) to measure site usage and campaign performance. If you reject cookies, these tools do not track you.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, share the materials you request, evaluate partner applications, and improve our site and campaigns. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

Data is processed by our service providers (hosting on Hostinger; email delivery; Google and Meta as described above) under their own safeguards. We share client materials only as needed to serve your request.

Retention & your rights
