No. The consultation and the tailored proposal are both free of charge and carry no commitment. If we believe there is no fit, we say so during the call · no pressure, no follow-up sales.
Named land options with location, size, and price; the full cost structure; crop and operator plan; the ownership and legal path (direct Tapu in Türkiye, notarial registration in Spain, or SPV documentation for shared ownership); and a delivery timeline. Deeper materials · feasibility studies, financial projections, agronomic reports, and title documentation · follow under NDA where required.
